Bacovino - Seattle Winery Tasting Room

Washington wines at an urban winery tucked into Seattle’s Gateway North Business Complex

Best known for: Bordeaux-inspired reds and single-variety wines from Washington grapes

Bacovino’s Seattle Winery Tasting Room sits inside the Gateway North Business Complex at 3225 South 116th Street, Suite 169, in Seattle, Washington. This is the winery location between Seattle–Tacoma International Airport and downtown Seattle, not the separate waterfront tasting room on Yesler Way. The draw here is a closer look at winemaking rather than a waterfront stop.

Washington native Randy Brooks is Bacovino’s founder and winemaker, with a particular interest in Bordeaux-style wines. The winery works with Washington grapes, making both blends and single-variety wines. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot share space in the portfolio with Syrah, Barbera, Counoise, and Chardonnay—a broader range than the Bordeaux inspiration alone suggests. Tasting flights span full-bodied reds and crisp whites, and bottles and cases are available to take home.

Visits center on a short Thursday window, from 4 to 7 p.m., with seasonal changes to the schedule. Reservations are suggested rather than required. Drivers enter the complex from South 116th Street and follow the Bacovino signs inside; the suite number matters more here than a scenic roadside entrance.
