Golden Vineyards
Biodynamic farms rooted in land’s heritage and sustainable practices
Best known for: Organic and Biodynamic farming practices
Golden Vineyards, located in the picturesque Mendocino County, comprises two ranches: Heart Arrow and Fairbairn.
The Heart Arrow Ranch, rich in history, was once a hunting ground for the Pomo Indians. It has transitioned from livestock to organic and biodynamic farming of red wine varietals.
Fairbairn Ranch, known for its award-winning Syrah, has been cultivated under biodynamic practices since its replanting in 1994.
Both ranches emphasize sustainable farming methods that honor the land's heritage and promote environmental health.
