Cazadero Winery, founded in 2008, is recognized as Sonoma County’s most awarded single vineyard micro winery, having garnered 181 Gold and Silver Medals along with multiple Double Golds and Best of Class awards since 2011.
The winery's roots trace back to 1922 when Frank Egger’s grandfather, Eugene Egger, planted the original family vineyard in the headwaters area of Cazadero’s Ward Creek.
All grapes for Cazadero Winery wines are handpicked, with owner Frank Egger actively participating in most harvests since the winery's inception.
The winery specializes in producing all-natural, single varietal wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, showcasing the unique terroir of Sonoma County.
