Tinte Cellars
Working winery in Woodinville’s Warehouse District pairing Washington-grown wines with tastings where production happens
Best known for: Washington wines from estate vineyards and independent growers
Tinte Cellars’ Woodinville Winery Tasting Room in Washington’s Warehouse District puts visitors inside a working winery, not a separate showroom. The draw is a cellar tasting where guests can interact with the winemaking team and, during harvest, see production in action. For travelers more interested in how wine gets made than in a vineyard view, this is the location to know.
Winemaker Noah Fox Reed oversees approximately 4,000 cases annually, all from Washington State grapes. His experience spans Australia’s Chateau Tahbilk, Northstar Winery and William Church Winery. Tinte draws fruit from its own vineyards in the Red Mountain and Rattlesnake Hills American Viticultural Areas, alongside growers elsewhere in Washington, including Red Willow Vineyard in the Yakima Valley and Quintessence Vineyard on Red Mountain.
Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife owners Tim Gamble and Teresa Spellman Gamble, Tinte also directs a portion of every wine sale to nonprofits. Its 2026 recipients include Mary’s Place, Northwest Harvest, Seattle Children’s and Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. Woodinville tastings run from noon to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. The winery also accommodates private gatherings across three interconnected spaces, with room for up to 100 guests indoors and additional outdoor capacity seasonally.
