Lazy Creek Vineyards

Historic vineyard with sustainable farming and rich legacy

Best known for: Burgundian-style Pinot Noir and Alsatian Gewürztraminer

Lazy Creek Vineyards is located in the beautiful Anderson Valley of Mendocino County. It is well-known for its focus on sustainable farming and high-quality wines.

The winery was established in the early 1900s by the Italian Pinoli family. It is the second oldest vineyard in the valley with a rich history.

In 1969, Swiss natives Hans and Theresia Kobler took over the vineyard. They planted Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, and Chardonnay vines during their time there.

Since 2008, the winery has been owned by Don and Rhonda Carano. Today, Lazy Creek continues to thrive with an emphasis on Burgundian-style Pinot Noir and Alsatian Gewürztraminer.

The vineyard's commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention winemaking helps highlight the unique terroir of the region in every bottle.
