The vineyard covers 22 acres, with 5 acres dedicated to growing premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It sits at an altitude of about 1,650 feet, where the rocky volcanic soils give the wines a distinctive complexity and depth.
The winery is committed to sustainable practices, aiming to produce wines that truly reflect the mountain terroir.
