Viano Vineyards, located in Martinez, California, is a family-owned estate with a storied past. Established in 1920 by the Viano family, the vineyard was originally planted in 1888.
Nestled in a fertile valley, the winery benefits from the cooling breezes of the Carquinez Straits, providing an ideal climate for growing premium wine grapes like Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel.
Viano Vineyards combines traditional winemaking techniques with natural practices, including the use of natural yeast and aging in small oak barrels, to produce fine handcrafted wines.
The winery is open for tastings from Wednesday to Monday, offering a welcoming environment for wine enthusiasts to explore its diverse selection of wines.
