Wyldewood Cellars Winery, located in Peck, Kansas, has been crafting wines since 1995. Founded by Dr. John Brewer, his wife Beth, and sister Merry Bauman, the winery began as a way to make the family farm profitable.
It has since grown, with over 600 international awards, specializing in elderberry wines and offering over 40 varieties made from fruits and berries.
The winery emphasizes quality and sustainability, ensuring that each bottle reflects the rich flavors of elderberries.
Visitors can enjoy tastings at their locations in Peck, Wichita, and Paxico. The Paxico site was rebuilt after a fire in 2018.
The winery also offers unique experiences for Harvest Hosts members, allowing them to stay overnight at their scenic locations.
