Over the years, it has served various purposes, including a high-end furniture store, before being revitalized into an elegant inn, restaurant, and winery by Brad and Karen Smith.
The Van Meter couple, Donnie and Jennifer, took over in June 2018, bringing new life and energy to the property.

The addition of The Old Franklin Church Wedding and Event Space further enhances its offerings, making it a versatile venue for various occasions.
