Best known for: Award-winning wines and scenic views.
Willowcroft Farm Vineyards has been around for over 40 years and is the first winery in Loudoun County, Virginia. It’s located on the Catoctin Ridge, and some of the vines there are among the oldest in the area, first planted back in 1981.
The winery is known for its award-winning wines, which are made with great attention to detail both in the vineyard and the cellar. Visitors can enjoy a tasting in the historic red barn, which dates back to around 1885, while taking in beautiful views of the Loudoun Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Willowcroft is also a dog-friendly spot, so you’re welcome to bring your furry friends along for the visit.
