Warren James Winery

Warren James Winery, founded in 2023 by brothers Cole and Blake Pierce, is a family-owned gem nestled in Mattoon, Illinois. Spanning nearly 55 acres, this winery is more than just a place to sip wine. It boasts a vineyard with eight different grape varieties, surrounded by wildflowers, sunflowers, and prairie grass.

Visitors can enjoy the scenic beauty with a stroll along the walking trail, relax by the pond, or unwind on the patio. The facility itself is well-equipped, featuring a production area and a cozy tasting room complete with a main bar, fireplace, stage, and a rentable event room.

Warren James Winery offers more than just wines. Guests can indulge in slushies, sangrias, specialty cocktails, and a full bar. To complement the drinks, there's a menu filled with appetizers, flatbreads, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts.

The winery is a hub of activity, hosting live music, trivia nights, music bingo, formal dinners, car shows, crafts, painting events, yoga sessions, comedy nights, and holiday parties. During the summer, they also feature a farmers market, making it a vibrant spot for both locals and visitors alike.
