Walter Dacon Wines was founded by Lloyd and Ann Anderson, who began their winemaking journey in 2000.
After years of experimentation and encouragement from friends, they pursued formal education in winemaking at UC Davis.
In 2003, they received the necessary permits to establish their winery, and their first crush marked the beginning of their winemaking adventure.
By 2005, their tasting room opened, showcasing their inaugural vintages, which quickly gained recognition, including high ratings from Wine Spectator.
The winery continues to thrive, offering a unique tasting experience in a beautifully restored setting.
