Ventosa Vineyards

Ventosa Vineyards is located on 23 acres overlooking Seneca Lake. It’s known for producing high-quality dry red wines, including award-winning varietals such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese.

The winery takes pride in its commitment to quality, with all wines being 100% estate grown, produced, and bottled. The vineyard benefits from nutrient-rich clay loam soil and a unique climate that extends the growing season, helping grapes reach optimal ripeness while maintaining acidity.

Ventosa is also one of the few wineries in New York State to grow and produce Tocai Friulano, a white Italian varietal.

The winery's tasting room, inspired by Tuscan design, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy wine tastings and lunch while taking in the stunning vineyard views.

Focusing on quality rather than quantity, Ventosa Vineyards produces around 4,000 cases each year. This ensures that every bottle reflects the care and dedication of its winemakers.
