Toluca Lane - Three Trees Lane

Boutique vineyard with concentrated flavors and cool climate elegance

Best known for: Handcrafted Pinot Noir from Oregon

Toluca Lane is a family-owned boutique grape growing and wine operation located in Yamhill County, Oregon.

The winery focuses on producing intense, handcrafted Pinot Noir through minimal intervention in the winemaking process, allowing the vineyard's character to shine through.

To achieve this intensity, they limit the fruit yield to 8 clusters or less per vine, resulting in less than 2 tons per acre.

The vineyards are situated in the Walnut Hill area of the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, where the unique shallow Nekia soils and the cooling effects of the Van Duzer corridor contribute to the distinctive characteristics of their wines.

The Nekia soils, composed of weathered volcanic basalt, produce smaller grapes with concentrated flavors, while the cool ocean winds from the Van Duzer corridor help maintain acidity and promote optimal ripening.
