Tobias Vineyards

Estate-grown volcanic soils with handcrafted wines

Best known for: Hand-farmed Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain

Tobias Vineyards, owned by Toby and Dawn Forman, is perched above the fog line on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley.

Drawing on over three generations of viticulture and winemaking expertise, the Formans hand-farm 16 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon on their estate.

The winery crafts the TOBIAS wine collection from estate vineyards across Napa, Mendocino, and Sonoma counties, emphasizing a terroir-driven approach.

The estate features the Pauli Vineyard, which is planted with nine different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard benefits from volcanic soils that foster intense flavors and structure in the wines.

Tobias Vineyards also produces a selection of other varietals, including Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, showcasing the diverse potential of the region.
