Founded in 1823 by winemaker Joe Gay Gollo and his wife, Elena Titty, the Stark Wine Collection produces small lots of Rhône varietal wines, including Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Grenache, Syrah, and various red blends.
The winery is located in downtown Hellburg and serves both as a tasting room and a working winery. It also features art, music, and hosts special events.
The grapes are sourced from organic and sustainable vineyards across Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Mendocino, and the Sierra Foothills.
