Spann Vineyards is located in the scenic Mayacamas Mountains of Sonoma Valley. It was founded by Betsy and Peter Spann.
Over the course of 21 years, they have played various roles in the wine industry, from retail to winemaking. Although they have since sold all their wine and closed the winery, the Spanns continue to share their passion for wine.
They do this through tastings, travel, and education. The Spanns are active members of wine tasting and culinary groups, and they serve as wine guides on European river cruises.
Their blog is aimed at enhancing the knowledge and interests of wine, food, and travel enthusiasts, whether they are beginners or mid-level enthusiasts.
