The Southwest Wine Center is an educational facility that combines viticulture and enology with hands-on experience.
Located on the Verde Valley Campus of Yavapai College, it offers a range of degree programs and certificates in wine production and grape growing.
The center features an estate vineyard and a tasting room where visitors can sample wines produced by students and faculty.
Open Thursday through Sunday, the tasting room provides an opportunity for the public to engage with the educational mission of the center while enjoying locally crafted wines.
