Sorrenti's Cherry Valley Vineyards was established in 1981 by Dominic Sorrenti. It reflects the family's dedication to winemaking and viticulture.
Dominic, an Italian immigrant, wanted to preserve his Southern Italian heritage by teaching his sons the art of winemaking. The vineyard is known for pioneering grape cultivation in a challenging climate, working with local vitis lambrusca grapes.
Under the guidance of his son Nicolas, who has refined the winery’s offerings, Sorrenti’s has earned over a hundred awards for its wines. Visitors can enjoy tastings and learn about the winemaking process through guided tours, making it a popular spot for wine lovers.
