Slope and Intercept

Intimate tastings celebrating wine’s story and human artistry

Best known for: Crafting wines from West Coast grapes

Slope and Intercept is a winery that believes wine is about moments past and present. Each bottle encapsulates a sensory description of the varietals, time, place, and human effort that contribute to the final product.

Founded by Jason Joyce, who transitioned from a career in organic chemistry to winemaking, the winery reflects his philosophy that the small parts that make up the whole are truly important.

Jason's journey in winemaking began in 2007, leading to the establishment of Slope and Intercept in 2013, allowing him to explore the craft from a rewarding perspective.

Slope and Intercept offers a unique wine club and private tastings, emphasizing personal connections and the stories behind each bottle.
