Scholium Project has established a new home on the edge of the Los Angeles River, marking a significant milestone in its journey as winemakers. After years of working within the confines of other wineries, they now operate from a distinctive corrugated steel structure in a historic grape-growing district.
This new chapter represents both a return and a fresh beginning for the winery, which is collaborating with fellow winemaker Raj Parr to explore the untapped viticultural landscape of Southern California.
The winery plans to open its tasting room in Fall 2022, offering exclusive tours and events for members, including lectures and dinners hosted by guest chefs.
