Founded in 2000 by Jim and Nancy Schadé, Schadé Vineyard and Winery is one of the original wineries in South Dakota. It’s located just outside Volga.
The vineyard has become a local favorite, offering a year-round tasting room where visitors can sample wines while enjoying stunning views of the vineyard.
Owners Dillon and Shelby Ringling continue the tradition of making exceptional wines from locally sourced fruits. They invite guests to experience the charm and beauty of South Dakota through their wines.
The winery also serves as a popular venue for weddings and receptions, providing a beautiful setting for celebrations.

Summer Hours: Wednesday 1pm - 6pm, Thursday 1pm - 9pm, Friday 1pm - 9pm, Saturday 10am - 9pm, Sunday 1pm - 5pm; Winter Hours: Wednesday 1pm - 6pm, Thursday 1pm - 8pm, Friday 1pm - 8pm, Saturday 10am - 8pm, Sunday Closed.
