Savage Grace Wines

Historic estate with regenerative farming and low-intervention practices

Best known for: Old-world style, lower-alcohol wines

Established in 2011 by owner-winemaker Michael Savage, Savage Grace Wines focuses on creating old-world style wines that are lower in alcohol and expressive of their terroir.

The winery is located on Underwood Mountain in the Columbia Gorge AVA, where it practices regenerative farming and follows a low-intervention winemaking philosophy.

The estate spans 42 acres at elevations between 1000 and 1400 feet, benefiting from the unique climate influenced by the Columbia River.

The name 'Savage' reflects the struggle of the grape during ripening, while 'Grace' symbolizes the delicate balance and approachability that Michael aims to achieve in his wines.
