Rombi Wines, established in 2006, is a boutique winery located in the heart of Carmel Valley Village.
Known for its hands-on winemaking approach, owner and winemaker Salvatore Rombi personally oversees the entire process, from sustainable vineyard practices to traditional techniques.
The winery specializes in limited-production vintages, including award-winning Estate-grown Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot sourced from Napa Valley.
The intimate tasting room invites visitors to explore the stories behind each bottle, crafted with a commitment to excellence and a passion for Bordeaux-style wines.
Rombi Wines are sold exclusively through the tasting room, with previous vintages often selling out quickly.
