Rock Stream Vineyards is an estate winery owned and operated by Dr. Mark Karasz, a West Point graduate and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with a PhD in chemistry.
Inspired by a three-year tour in Italy, he founded Rock Stream Vineyards in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
The vineyard spans 30 acres and yields over 150 tons of grapes each year, producing a diverse selection of wines including Riesling, Chardonnay, and unique blends.
The winery is known for its award-winning wines and Grappa. It is also Seneca Lake’s oldest licensed Grappa and Grape Brandy distillery.
Visitors can enjoy tastings and events that showcase what the vineyard has to offer, including a selection of beers from local breweries.
