Best known for: Estate bottled wines from Spring Mountain

Philip Togni Vineyard is situated at an elevation of 2000 feet on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley, California.

Established in 1975, the vineyard began planting in 1981, with the oldest vines dating back to 1985. The ten-acre estate is cultivated using organic practices and is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.

The winery is family-owned, with Philip and Birgitta Togni, along with their daughter Lisa, overseeing operations. Philip, a former student of Emile Peynaud, has a rich history in winemaking, having moved to Napa Valley in 1959.

The vineyard produces a range of wines, including the Philip Togni Cabernet and Tanbark Hill Cabernet, known for their exceptional quality and aging potential. The winery also crafts a unique sweet red wine, Ca’ Togni, made from the rare Black Hamburgh grape.
