Founded in 2011 by Chris and Martha Carpenter, Pasando Tiempo Winery began as a passion project in 2005 when the couple planted their vineyard in Corrales, NM. Their goal was simple: to create delicious wines to share with loved ones.
Over the years, the winery has grown into a popular destination for both locals and travelers. It now features a larger tasting room that can accommodate various events, including wine tasting dinners and educational classes.
The name 'Pasando Tiempo' translates to 'passing time,' which reflects the winery's mission to provide a relaxing space where guests can enjoy good wine and company.
The Carpenters take pride in their commitment to customer satisfaction, offering complimentary snacks and hosting unique events to enhance the wine tasting experience.
