Odonata Wines, located in Salinas, California, is a small family winery owned and operated by winemaker Denis Hoey.

The winery is dedicated to producing small batches of wine using local grapes that are organic and sustainably grown. Hoey collaborates closely with local growers to ensure the highest quality wines from the vineyard to the glass.

Odonata has three estate vineyards: Falcon Hill in the Santa Cruz Mountains for Pinot Noir, Machado Creek near Morgan Hill for Petite Sirah, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Sangiovese, and Chiara Estate Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands for Viognier.

The winery is open daily for tastings, inviting visitors to experience their unique offerings in a welcoming and picturesque setting.
