Nissen Family Vineyards is located in the rolling hills of northern Cedar County, Nebraska, and has been making wine since 2003.

The vineyard is along the scenic Outlaw Trail National Scenic Byway. It’s a family-operated place that covers about 400 acres.

They grow a variety of grapes that do well in the local climate, and you can taste their selection of wines. The wines range from sweet whites to dry reds aged in French oak.

Besides wine tasting, the winery also serves as a pretty venue for events, making it a good spot for gatherings and celebrations.

Summer Hours: May - September Thursday - Sunday, 12-6 pm; Fall Hours: October - December Friday - Sunday, 12-6 pm; Winter Hours: January - April Saturday and Sunday, 1-5 pm
