Narrow Gate Vineyards

Founded in 2004 by Frank and Teena Hildebrand, Narrow Gate Vineyards is a testament to faith, perseverance, and reinvention. The couple transitioned from careers in the fashion industry to establish a vineyard in El Dorado wine country, planting their first grapes in 2001.

They built a European-style winery and tasting room at an altitude of 2500 feet, surrounded by majestic Ponderosa pines. In 2010, the vineyard achieved biodynamic certification, emphasizing their commitment to sustainable farming practices.

Today, they continue to produce small-batch wines that reflect their dedication to quality and environmental stewardship. The winery invites guests to enjoy seasonally-inspired picnic boards and wine tastings in a picturesque setting, showcasing the rich terroir of the El Dorado wine region.
