Lion Ranch Vineyards & Winery is located in San Martin, California. It was founded by Kim and Todd Engelhardt, who moved from San Francisco in 2009 to pursue their passion for winemaking.
They transformed their property into a vineyard, focusing on sustainable practices and high-quality grape production. Their journey included extensive education in viticulture and winemaking, with a particular love for the Viognier grape, which they discovered during a trip to France.
The winery opened its tasting room in 2015 and has since expanded its vineyard to include a variety of Rhone varietals. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, Lion Ranch invites visitors to enjoy their wines in a picturesque outdoor setting.
