Laurentide Winery, located in Lake Leelanau, Michigan, is named after the last great ice sheet that receded 10,000 years ago, shaping the unique terroir of the region.
Established in 2006, the winery grows vitis vinifera on a cherry farm, cultivating seven varietals across 15 acres at nearly 900 feet above sea level.
Known for its dry farming practices and high-density planting, Laurentide Winery has gained recognition for its premium wines, including being one of the first local wineries to commercially grow Sauvignon Blanc.
