La Chouette Vineyard, founded by Ben and Michelle Miller, is nestled in the picturesque Willamette Valley just south of Salem, Oregon. Established in 2007, the vineyard spans 15 acres and produces around 600 cases of wine each harvest.
Known for its estate-grown wines, La Chouette benefits from a southwest exposure and warm breezes, which help ensure consistent bud breaks. The vineyard offers a serene atmosphere with stunning views of Oregon's Coastal Range and the Ankeny Bird Refuge.
