Hamlet Vineyards is a family-owned winery located at 405 Riverside Drive in Bassett, Virginia. It’s known for its quality wines and beautiful vineyard views.
The winery was established in 2010 by Virginia and Butch Hamlet and is situated on the grounds of their home, Eltham Manor, in the foothills of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.
They grow traditional Bordeaux varietals like Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Pinot Gris and Viognier.
Partnering with renowned winemaker Michael Shaps, Hamlet Vineyards crafts wines that reflect the character of Southern Virginia.
The winery is open every Sunday year-round, inviting visitors to explore their wine offerings and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
