GV Cellars was established in 2005 and is located in the scenic Green Valley of Solano County, California.
The winery covers 40 acres, with a vineyard that has been continuously planted with grapevines since the early 1950s.
They grow six different varietals: Dolcetto, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. The winery produces both single varietal wines and innovative blends.
GV Cellars focuses on sustainable farming practices and aims to create expressive, high-quality wines that showcase the unique terroir of the region.
