Gouger Cellars & Winery

Gougér Cellars Winery & Restaurant is located in Ridgefield, Washington, and is known for its award-winning red wines.

It was founded by winemaker Gary Gougér, who started the winery in 2009. Gary made the switch from a successful career in pharmacy and optometry to pursue his passion for winemaking. After earning a degree in Enology from the University of Adelaide, he first opened the winery in downtown Vancouver. In 2012, he relocated to the historic Ridgefield Firehouse.

The winery is especially known for crafting bold, expressive red wines and has received numerous awards in both national and international competitions. As of 2024, Gougér Cellars is in the process of transitioning into retirement. During this period, customers can purchase remaining wine inventory at reduced prices through special case sales held monthly.
