The Bayliss family, who have been stewards of the land since 1906, transitioned from dairy farming to viticulture in the late 1990s, planting 16 acres exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes.
The winery employs traditional winemaking techniques to produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA.
Visitors can enjoy personalized tastings in a serene setting, with a tasting fee of $30 per person, waived for club members.
