G V Cellars

GV Cellars was established in 2005 and is located in the beautiful Green Valley of Solano County, California. The winery sits on a 40-acre property that has been planted with grape vines since the early 1950s.

They focus on innovation and creativity, cultivating six different varietals: Dolcetto, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. GV Cellars produces both single varietals and unique blends, and they release limited specialty bottles each year.

The Solano County/Green Valley AVA is known for its favorable climate and soil, which help produce high-quality wines. GV Cellars aims to create wines that are approachable and expressive, reflecting the terroir of the region while also educating consumers about the area's winemaking potential.
