Flint Hill Vineyards is a family-owned winery located in East Bend, North Carolina. It has been producing wines since it opened in October 2005.
The vineyard is on land that has been in the family for over a century, and it has been designated as a Century Family Farm by the USDA. The owners, Tim and his family, wanted to create a place where their children could enjoy farm life, which led to the establishment of the vineyard.
Today, Flint Hill Vineyards offers eight wines, including varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chambourcin, Viognier, and Chardonnay. They also produce a semi-sweet blend called Olde Yattken.
Although the winery no longer hosts regular tastings, it is available for private rentals and events like weddings and parties. Customers can schedule appointments to purchase wine or choose to have their wines shipped.
