The winery was founded by the Mondavi Sisters and operates from two family-owned vineyards.

The Four Sisters Vineyard produces their well-known Dark Matter Zinfandel, which comes from high-elevation, volcanic soils.

The Rocky Ridge Vineyard, mainly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, provides grapes that give the wines bold tannins and depth.

Both vineyards are farmed sustainably, helping ensure the wines have their unique character and quality.
