Crayelle Cellars, co-owned by Craig and Danielle Mitrakul, was founded in 2009 as a creative outlet for crafting limited quantities of wines that embody elegance and balance.
Craig's journey into winemaking began during his Master’s Degree in Food Science at Cornell University, where he developed a passion for the craft. After gaining experience at various esteemed wineries and exploring wine regions across the U.S. and abroad, the couple settled in Washington's Walla Walla region.
They were inspired by the diversity of grape varietals and the quality of wines produced in the area. Today, Crayelle Cellars continues to produce unique wines while Craig also contributes to Karma Vineyards in Chelan, focusing on sparkling wines.
The winery is celebrated for its commitment to quality and character, making it a hidden gem in the Washington wine scene.
