Copper Belt Wines Tasting Room

Copper Belt Winery, established by the Cook family, is located in Baker City, Oregon.

The winery's journey began with Travis Cook, who was inspired by a calling at the age of 12 to pursue winemaking. After planting estate vineyards in 2004 and graduating from Oregon State University in 2007, he gained experience in the North Willamette Valley before returning to Baker County to focus on Copper Belt.

The winery is supported by a dedicated team that includes Travis's father, Michael, who manages vineyard operations, and his wife, Krista, who oversees the tasting room. Together, they work to create a welcoming environment for wine lovers.

The winery offers a selection of wines made from estate-grown grapes, including Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Riesling. Their focus is on quality and sustainability.
