Cayucos Cellars is a small family winery owned and operated by the Selkirk family. They produce between 500 and 800 cases of wine each year.

The winery focuses on natural fermentation using wild yeast and ages their wines in neutral oak barrels for three to six years.

It's situated in an old dairy barn on a working ranch. The tasting room is located in Cambria to ensure visitor safety.

The Selkirk family, including winemaker Stuart, his wife Laura, and their children, are often present in the tasting room, sharing their passion for winemaking.

Known for its commitment to quality and sustainability, Cayucos Cellars offers a selection of wines that highlight the unique terroir of California's Central Coast.
