With a history rooted in winemaking since 1985, Bering has honed his craft at Rochioli Winery, where he has served as Cellar Master for over three decades.
The winery's 2022 vintage, which produced only 225 cases, showcases the unique character derived from the Flad Vineyard and various Dejon clones.
