Cache River Basin Vineyard & Winery was established on December 15, 2001, by Jack Dunker. It is located in the scenic rolling hills of Southern Illinois.
The winery is known for its selection of fine wines produced right on-site, highlighting the unique terroir of the region.
Although Wineaux’s Restaurant is currently closed and the property is for sale, the winery continues to operate and welcome guests to explore its offerings.
The property also features Boondocks Cabins, providing a cozy retreat for visitors.
Jack Dunker plans to help new owners transition smoothly into the winery’s operations, sharing his extensive knowledge of winemaking and vineyard management.
