Founded by Gary Brookman, a seasoned winemaker with over 30 years of experience, the winery began producing its signature blue label Cabernet Sauvignon in 2003. Gary's journey in winemaking was inspired by his background in chemistry and geology, as well as his experiences in New Zealand and Australia.
The winery sources its grapes from premier vineyard sites, including both hillside and valley floor locations, ensuring a rich and diverse flavor profile. With a production of approximately 300 cases per vintage, Brookman Cellars maintains a limited distribution, emphasizing quality and exclusivity.
The winemaking process is meticulous, including aging in new French oak barrels. This results in wines that are bold yet elegant, with classic aromas of dark berries and floral notes.
