BookCliff Vineyards

Bookcliff Vineyards is a premier Colorado winery on a mission to demonstrate that exceptional wine can be crafted from Colorado grapes.

Founded in 1996 by John Garlich and Ulla Merz, the winery has grown under the stewardship of three families who are dedicated to sustainable farming and artisanal winemaking.

They have 37 acres of vineyards in Palisade, Colorado, where they cultivate 14 different grape varieties, reflecting the unique terroir of the high-altitude desert.

Visitors can enjoy tastings at their Boulder and Palisade locations, experiencing the beauty of the vineyards along with the artistry of their wines.
