In 2012, the winery introduced America's first Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, marking a significant milestone.
The winery focuses on producing wines with high acidity and low alcohol content. Christensen’s minimalist approach to winemaking has earned him numerous awards, including over twenty-four 90+ point scores from critics.
As an African-American winemaker, Chris Christensen actively supports diversity and inclusion in the wine industry. He engages in various initiatives such as mentorship programs and public speaking engagements to promote these values.
