Billsboro Winery is situated on 60 acres overlooking the northern end of Seneca Lake. It's known for its commitment to making dry, classic European style wines.

The winery is owned and operated by Vinny Aliperti, who has over 20 years of winemaking experience, along with his wife Kim. Together, they focus on creating wines that reflect the unique characteristics of their vineyards and the Finger Lakes region.

Guests can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere at the winery, which features outdoor seating and a variety of tasting options. One popular experience includes curated flights paired with chocolate.

The scenic setting is surrounded by century-old walnut trees and terraced fields, offering visitors a beautiful backdrop to their visit.
