Baker-Bird Winery, located in Augusta, Kentucky, is recognized as the most historic spirits site in America.

Founded by John Baker, who fought in the American Revolution, the winery has a rich history that includes distilling during the Whiskey Rebellion and surviving the Civil War Battle of Augusta.

The winery features the largest and oldest wine cellar in America, built in the 1850s by Abraham Baker, Jr., and it is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Today, Baker-Bird Winery is celebrated for its internationally acclaimed wines, particularly its bourbon barrel aged varieties, offering visitors a unique tasting experience steeped in history.
